Once payment is received we will send you an email confirming order and get to work processing your goods.
Postage:
The correct postage and packaging charges will be displayed when you checkout. We ship Worldwide, shipping costs will vary by size of order and country, You must select the correct shipping region during checkout and we reserve the right to amend any orders where sufficient shipping has not been paid.
We use Royal Mail for smaller packages and express courier services for heavier goods.
We can sometimes offer more competitive delivery options especially on larger orders - please get in touch for a quote.

All items are sent in proper protective packaging to reduce damage in transit. All items are marked as fragile.

Please note some apparel items are supplied on a 'made to order' basis and as such may take longer to be delivered depending on current stocking level and work load.

Obviously shipping times can vary during busy periods like Xmas/Bank holidays, extreme weather conditions, pandemic lockdown measures and during Royal Mail strike action so your patience in these circumstances is greatly appreciated.

Refunds / Returns / Exchanges: Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority and in the rare event of a problem we will make every effort to sort it out promptly. If you do have an issue please let us know within 7 days of receipt of the item. We will of course adhere to all selling laws of England and Wales. All sales are final and all items are supplied on a 'sold as seen' basis. Refunds or replacements will only be given in exceptional circumstances (where a product is deemed faulty or not as described) In these cases we will (at our discretion) send a replacement, offer an alternative item or issue a full refund.
